Braunton Christmas Market

Saturday 2nd December, 12pm – 8pm FREE ENTRY

Now celebrating its 8th year, the Braunton Christmas Market proudly claims its position as the largest—and, in our humble opinion, the finest—Christmas market in North Devon. Taking place at Caen Street Car Park, artisans from across the South West gather to showcase an expansive and visually stunning array of goods. The air is filled with an enticing blend of street food aromas mingling with festive melodies, creating the perfect atmosphere to get you into the Christmas spirit. Visitors can expect to see a mix of handmade jewellery, delectable sweets, bespoke clothing, and extraordinary handcrafted gifts across over 150 craft stalls. The culinary delights on offer are not to be missed; representing a global culinary journey with options ranging from Thai and Hog Roast to Curry, Churros, and beyond! The event is not only a feast for the senses but also offers pockets of entertainment throughout the day, featuring choirs, dance groups, acoustic music, and even inflatables and rides for the little ones—a true festive extravaganza brought to you by Ginger Monkey Events.

On the same day:

There will be a Craft Market taking place in Braunton Parish Hall, 10am – 6pm.

The Museum of British Surfing will be holding its annual MoBS Christmas Surf Fair. A selection of traders will be selling locally made goods, and there will also be a bar and live music. The museum will be open to all, displaying the rich history and culture of British surfing. Find out more.
