Sleeps 4 Deluxe Beach Villas at Saunton

Dunes 1 and 2, our 4 Berth Deluxe Villas are our most popular Villas due to their very close proximity to the beach. Simply head out of the gate and down the path to the beach – it takes seconds to reach the golden sands of Saunton! The Deluxe Villas have the largest gardens on-site, now featuring a new decked area with outdoor furniture. Dunes 1 and 2 also benefit from a private parking space away from the main car park, and extras such as a washer-dryer and DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker.

Each of our Sleeps 4 Deluxe Villas has one King size bedroom and one twin bedroom with beds that are dressed ready for your arrival. The comfortable beds are dressed ready for your arrival and offer a relaxing night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the beach and the glorious local area. Both bedrooms have either wardrobe or chest of drawers for storing clothing and belongings. Bathrooms have a bath with overhead shower, a hand basin and mirror, and a WC. 

All Villas now boast ultrafast wifi which is accessible free of charge to our guests.

Everything you need for your stay

Villa kitchens are fully equipped for your stay with an oven, a 4 ring hob, a toaster, microwave, tall-standing fridge-freezer, and a full range of kitchen utensils. You’ll also find a Lavazza coffee machine for making barista style coffee – the perfect wake up as you listen to the waves from your garden! 

In the spacious living/dining room, you will find a cosy spacious corner sofa, coffee table, a nest of side tables, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a 50 inch smart TV loaded with a range of apps including Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime, to keep the whole family entertained. The Deluxe Villas also have a DAB Radio with Bluetooth speaker.

The extra large gardens that surround the deluxe Villas are provide plenty of room for dogs and children to play. Outside of the french doors sits a decked area with outdoor furniture and a parasol – it’s the perfect spot for sunbathing of reading a book whilst the children and dogs play! The outdoor showers are a practical addition to the Villa gardens, allowing you to wash sandy paws, wellies and wetsuits after a long day on the beach! All gardens are enclosed with a wooden fence with a latched gate.

Just outside the gate of the deluxe Villas, turn left and follow a small path that winds down to the slipway and on to the sand – they really are that close to the beach! Alternatively, turn right and head up the ramp for a glorious view right across the beach and along the coast (spot Westward Ho!, Clovelly, and Hartland in the distance!).

A dog-friendly site

All of our Villas are dog-friendly and Saunton Sands Beach is dog-friendly all year round. We do not have a dog limit, nor do we impose any restrictions on breed or size. If you’re bringing more than 4 dogs, we ask that you get in touch to discuss space requirements so that we can recommend a suitable Villa. If your dog would benefit from a quieter spot, please let us know and we will be happy to advise.

Booking extras

Dog crates (M or L), waterproof bedding, cots, highchairs, fans and irons/ironing boards are all available as free of charge – please select your extras at the time of booking.

Parking

Dunes 1 and 2 each have a dedicated parking space beside the Villa Reception office (beside D1), away from the main car park.

Additional cars may be parked in the main car park (max 1 car per bedroom).
