On your doorstep is the famous Saunton Sands Beach, offering 3.5 miles of wide, golden sand that is dog-friendly all year round. Backing the beach is Braunton Burrows, one of the largest sand dune systems in the UK and a remarkable natural landscape to explore on foot.
Braunton Burrows sits within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and forms part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, making it a special place for walking, wildlife spotting and enjoying far-reaching coastal views. There are plenty of scenic routes nearby to suit relaxed strolls or longer adventures.
The surrounding coastline is also easy to explore, with the popular beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough all just a short drive away.

Our dog-friendly accessible bungalow in Braunton sleeps 4 guests comfortably, with an additional sofa bed that sleeps 2. This single-storey property has been thoughtfully designed for wheelchair users and mobility impaired guests to enjoy a holiday in Devon with their dogs.
The property is one of the very few in our area to offer a tracking ceiling hoist that runs from the master bedroom into the ensuite wetroom. Free use of an all-terrain beach wheelchair for exploring beaches, coastpaths and other hard to access terrains is a complimentary optional extra.
