New Coast Kitchen

New Coast Kitchen has gone from a humble startup to one of Croyde’s most ambitious restaurants and a familiar destination for many loyal visitors.

Squires

‘Squires’ is a true asset to North Devon’s fish and chip world! It prides itself on serving award winning cod and chips as well as burgers and traditional classics. This family run restaurant boasts top service and seats 130 comfortably over two floors.

Beachside Grill

The Beachside Grill is located in the beach car park, just minutes from your Villa. They have a lovely lunch menu that includes great open grilled sandwiches.

The Rock

The Rock Inn is a friendly 17th Century Inn in Georgeham, and boasts five cask marque real ales, and an extensive wine list. The Rock’s fantastically fresh food is cooked with passion and flair.

The Boathouse

Overlooking golden sands and the confluence of the Taw and Torridge rivers, The Boathouse in Instow is a beach bar and restaurant with a serious passion for great food, fresh fish, fine wines and good times.

Lush Bar & Restaurant

This newly refurbished bar and restaurant has been designed to offer a lovely homely warm welcoming and dare we say a trendy place to be. Whether it’s a family meal in the nicely lit restaurant, a lunch snack with a work colleague or a few cocktails on a night out, LUSH is definitely a place to be considered.

Claytons & The Glasshouse

Claytons & The Glasshouse is a sophisticated bar/restaurant located just off of Barnstaple High Street. The service is unfaultable, the food is delicious and the cocktails are just amazing – It’s a great and relaxed place to spend an evening.

Siam Bistro

A small bistro serving fresh food with real flavour! By day, enjoy coffee and lunch (the menu includes salads, sandwiches, soups, a few traditional favourites and some Asian light bites).

Duck Dive

Located next to the river in Braunton, Hang Loose is a new Bar & Restaurant, with a great selection of beers/wines/ spirits, bespoke cocktails and world inspired lunch and evening meals.

The Red Barn is a popular beach side family pub offering freshly prepared food all day. Choose to dine in the restaurant, at the bar, or out on the patio whilst enjoying the magnificent views across Woolacombe Bay.

SQ Bar

SQ Bar and Restaurant is located in the heart of Braunton. Set in a former Gas Showroom and most recently a bank, the building has been transformed into a contemporary and stylish bar, restaurant and roof terrace.

The White Lion

The White Lion in Braunton is a family friendly pub with a wonderful beer garden. They have a wide selection of beer from local breweries as well as an ever expanding variety of craft beers.

The Aggi

The Agricultural Inn, known to locals as The Aggi, is a relaxed, family friendly village inn. The Aggi has large open bars, one of which boasts a popular restaurant and cosy log fire.

The Williams Arms

Popular for its excellent Sunday carvery, The Williams Arms is a firm favourite local pub. The 16th century thatched inn has been modernised throughout whilst maintaining its historic charm.

The London Inn

The London Inn is a local family dog friendly pub. It has a superb large south facing beer garden with outside bar. They have a well stocked bar and always have an excellent selection of guest ales on tap.

Tarko Lounge

With gluten free and vegan menus, Tarko is a popular local favourite! Their evening tapas and cocktails are not to be missed!

Boston Tea Party

boston Tea Party is a group of family owned independent cafes which are all located across the South West. Their freshly made coffee is amazing and the exciting menu provides a range of fresh and healthy dishes.

Fermington Quay

Located on the Tarka Trail, this quirky cafe is great for refuelling whilst on a cycle ride. The Quay itself is full of history as it used to be a bustling port, importing and exporting worldwide.

Sandbanks

Sandbanks Cafe is located halfway between Instow and Fremington Quay and just 100 metres from the Tarka Trail. It has an industrial chic style and offers a relaxed, calm and contemporary space for both local residents and tourists.

Saunton Break Café

Located on site next to the Beach Shop. Stop by for hot and cold food, drinks, ice creams, pasties and more! Bench seating outside or take your food and drink on to the beach.

Heartbreak Hotel Coffee

Surfers serving up barista made coffee all day long using plastic free cups, lids and straws. Supporting local environmental groups and using organic or local produce to bring you homemade bakes and a good ole cuppa joe.

The Worx

The Worx is a friendly independently run coffee house set in the heart of Braunton, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, cakes and traditional Devon cream teas. This great little cafe has a fully stocked licensed bar which you can enjoy either inside or out in their private walled courtyard.

Quay Café

The Quay Café is located directly off the Tarka Trail at the gateway to Braunton Burrows biosphere reserve. With a relaxed atmosphere, their dog-friendly, fully licensed café offers organic coffee, great food with seasonal specials, and delicious cream teas and cakes.

Wild Thyme

This friendly family run café in Braunton is the perfect place to relax with great food & delicious smoothies. Their all day breakfast menu is a winner, with the ‘Huevos Mexicano’ (scrambled egg with a ‘kick’) being a firm local favourite.
