Saunton to Crow Point
Why not walk from Saunton Beach to Crow Point and back? Just follow the beach’s natural curve all the way round. Crow Point is located at the southerly tip of Braunton Burrows and is popular with bird watchers and fishermen. Look across the Torridge/Taw estuary on to the villages of Appledore and Instow. At low tide you can see Pulley Bank – a mile long shingle and mussel bed which is marked by 3 buoys.
