Coastal Escape Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Saunton Beach Villas, North Devon, United Kingdom.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook), The Kennel Club, or Crufts.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Saunton Beach Villas and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter via social media, participants must:
- Follow Saunton Beach Villas on Instagram or Facebook
- Like the competition post
- Comment on the competition post and tag a friend
One entry per person per platform is permitted.
Participants may obtain one additional entry by visiting the Saunton Beach Villas stand (Hall 1, Stand 86) during Crufts and submitting their details via the method provided at the stand.
A maximum of one additional stand entry per person is permitted.
Entries must be submitted before the closing date stated in the promotional post.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
The competition opens on 27/02/2026 The competition closes at 6pm on 08/03/2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the draw.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of a 3-4 night stay at Saunton Beach Villas in North Devon for up to six guests, including dogs.
The prize is subject to the following conditions:
- The prize includes accommodation and dog fee only.
- The stay is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Must be a standard 3 night (Fri-Mon) or 4 night (Mon-Fri) break.
- The stay may be taken in a standard 4 berth or 6 berth Villa only. Villa capacity must not be exceeded.
- 4 berth Deluxe Villas and 8 berth Villas are excluded.
- The stay must be taken on selected off-peak dates (see below).
- The stay must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement.
- The prize is valid for a new booking only and cannot be applied to, refunded against, or transferred to an existing booking.
- The prize is non-transferable.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
- Once booking dates have been confirmed, they cannot be changed or moved.
- Travel, food, insurance and any additional extras are not included.
- The winner may extend their stay, subject to availability, at the standard published rate for additional nights.
Excluded Dates
The following dates are excluded:
- 1 May 2026 to 4 May 2026
- 22 May 2026 to 29 May 2026
- 1 July 2026 to 6 September 2026
- 23 October 2026 to 1 November 2026
- 21 December 2026 to 3 January 2027
- 12 February 2027 to 21 February 2027
Excluded dates may be amended in line with confirmed UK school holiday periods.
6. Winner Selection
After the closing date, all valid entries from Instagram, Facebook and eligible stand entries will be compiled into a single list.
The winner will be selected at random using a manual randomisation method.
The draw will take place after the competition closes.
The winner will be announced on Monday 10th March via Saunton Beach Villas’ social media channels.
The winner will be contacted directly via Saunton Beach Villas’ official social media channel or via email if provided. Please be wary of scammers. If in doubt, please contact us directly.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Saunton Beach Villas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that, if they win, their name and social media handle may be used for promotional purposes related to the competition.
8. General
Saunton Beach Villas reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of entrants
- Disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries
- Amend or withdraw the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances
By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
9. Additional Booking Conditions
The winner will be required to agree to Saunton Beach Villas’ standard booking terms and conditions prior to confirmation of their stay.
These terms include, but are not limited to:
- Compliance with property rules
- Occupancy limits
- Care of the property
- Damage and breakages
- Dog policies
- Health and safety requirements
Failure to agree to and comply with the standard booking terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
Saunton Beach Villas reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the winner does not comply with the booking terms.
