Eligibility
1.1 This offer is available only to guests who received a promotional code from the Saunton Beach Villas stand at Crufts 2026 via a trifold leaflet or brochure.
1.2 The promotional code must be entered at the time of booking on the Saunton Beach Villas website.
1.3 The code cannot be applied after a booking has been completed.

Booking Window
2.1 The promotional code is valid for bookings made between 5 March 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive.
2.2 Bookings made outside this period will not be eligible for the offer.

Where the Offer Can Be Used
3.1 The voucher is valid only for bookings made directly via the Saunton Beach Villas website – www.sauntonbeachvillas.co.uk
3.2 The offer is not valid for bookings made via third-party agents or platforms.

New Bookings Only
4.1 The offer applies strictly to new reservations made via the Saunton Beach Villas website – www.sauntonbeachvillas.co.uk
4.2 The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to:
existing bookings
provisional bookings made prior to entering the code
bookings amended after the booking has been confirmed.

Discount Application
5.1 The total promotional value is £90.
5.2 The booking system will display the promotion as a £90 discount voucher, which represents:
£50 accommodation discount, and
£40 waived dog fee under the “dogs go free” element of the offer.
5.3 The discount applies to the accommodation cost only and has no cash value.
5.4 Only one promotional code may be used per booking and cannot be combined with any other offer.
5.5 The £50 promotional discount applies to the total accommodation (Villa) cost for the full duration of the stay and is not applied per night or per person. The offer is valid only on standard breaks available to book via the Saunton Beach Villas website and does not apply to any bespoke, offline or manually created bookings.

Dogs Go Free
6.1 Under this promotion, the standard dog fee is waived.

7.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
7.2 Saunton Beach Villas reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
